All of Urbaneer Investment Partner’s California based renovated assets are in close proximity of the Pacific Ocean. Each apartment now offers luxury features including stainless steel appliances, in-unit full-size washer/dryer, quartz countertops, European style cabinetry, tile bathrooms and designer fixtures.

Project Rose Park is a nine unit apartment located in the tree-lined neighborhood of Rose Park, approximately ¾ of a mile from the Pacific Ocean.


Project Alamitos Beach, 'Casa del Patio,' is a superior example of Spanish Colonia Revival Style designed by famed Architect George D. Riddle. Casa del Patio Casa del Patio consists of 13 units of various types. Surrounding neighborhoods include the East Village Arts District to the west, North Alamitos Beach (NABA) and Hellman to the north and Bluff Park to the east, with a wide sandy beach along the Pacific Ocean to the south.
